Sync with Boutique Billing
Same site address and shop key as Boutique Billing's Settings → Invoice links. When these match, every piece added below is created directly in Stock, with its QR tag ready to print — nothing to retype on the till.
Expense, markup & exchange rate
Actual Cost = Cost × (1 + Expense%). Selling Price = Actual Cost + (Cost × Markup%). When Actual Cost converts to at or below the low-cost cutoff, the low-cost markup is used instead of the standard one. These match your Salwars / Sarees / Jewellary sheets.
Turn on sync above to add this straight to Stock and get its tag number. For now it's added to the list below as "pending sync" — once you connect sync, it's sent to Stock automatically.
Bulk import from Excel/CSV
Paste rows copied from Excel or a CSV file — one item per line, columns separated by commas or tabs, in this order: Name, Category, Location, Cost (QAR), Price (QAR), Stock. A header row is fine, it's detected and skipped. Category must be one of: Sarees, Salwars, Cord sets, Kaftans, Jewellary — anything else is left blank. Location can be anything (or left blank).
